Now that MarbleHornets is over, do you think that Alex was working with the Operator? Or was Masky and Hoodie really working for him in the first place?

If anything I think Entry 86 and 87 confirm for sure that Masky and Hoodie were working for Skinny. Alex was most certainly not. You see, Tim said it used to control him-obviously referencing how he USED TO black out and become Masky. Alex may have been in line to become a Proxy/minion to Skinny but he was resisting it-very well I might add, too bad he went off his freakin' rocker-and as a result of his resistance he was trying to kill anyone who may further spread the influence of TO. INCLUDING HIMSELF. Does that say 'I'm the obedient worker bee of a faceless inter-dimensional guy in a suit'? NO.

It says 'FUCK the faceless inter-dimensional guy in a suit, he's a dick.' My stance on what was going on was along the lines of Tim was recovering from being a puppet, poor Brian seems to have been stuck in puppet mode, and Alex was burning through his insanity like a hot knife through butter to do ANYTHING but become a puppet.

So in a sense, we're all right. And wrong. Masky, Hoodie, and Alex were all Proxies/Minions to Mr. Skinny-Suit. One of them was 'retired', one of them died on the job, and one of them was one indirectly.

Also to the people who think that TO wanted Jay dead, and that's why Alex did it. NO. You're wrong, Alex did it because he was probably spreading it the worst, and if Jay were to live for about another year or two he would start to become like Alex and eventually become have even become a Proxy himself. Same thing with Alex, it's likely that if he were to live for longer he would become like Tim or Brian. I would say like a more murderous version of Tim. He would fight off his developing second persona and when he would regain control he would go nuts with confusion and kill whoever is closest. Jay on the other hand I think may have just slipped right into a permanent role as a Proxy much like Brian.

I also hold firm on my stance that Brian is probably not dead though. Mostly because even if he did die slowly and alone after Tim left him, he would've only lived another three days at the most before dying of thirst. So, by the time that Alex brings Tim to see his 'dead' friend he would've started rotting or something...I've also never heard of a two story fall onto their feet killing a perfectly healthy-despite the Proxy thing-fully grown man.

So what do you guys think about it?
